There is a wide range of entertainment waiting for you this year at the GMA. January brought multi-award-winning Contemporary Christian artist Crowder to the GMA for his Texas Take-Over Tour. He played to an almost sell out crowd of over 1,300 people. And that was just the beginning.
February brings the Texas A&M Singing Cadets! Internationally known as the “Voice of Aggieland”, The Singing Cadets is Texas A&M University Premiere Men’s chorus. This show is presented by The Greenville Entertainment Series and tickets will be available the day of the show at the GMA.
March features two big shows. On March 15, The Dallas Symphony returns to present “The Best of John Williams”. Williams is a multi Academy Award winning film composer who brought you such great scores as Star Wars, Jurassic Park and ET. If you are not a member of the Dallas Symphony Greenville Series, tickets will be available the day of the show at the GMA. Then on March 23, Country Music Legends – Shenandoah – will bring their 30th Anniversary Tour to the GMA for a night of Country Music Hits!
April brings back the Greenville Entertainment Series with one of the greatest vocal groups of all time – The Four Freshmen! These talented performers preserve the nostalgic Freshman sound for the ’50’s and ’60’s while enhancing it with youth, vitality, and talent.
In May, the GMA will play host to many wonderfully talented young people as we host several dance recitals, giving children the chance to strut their stuff on our stage.
On June 7, The Dallas Symphony returns to the GMA for an evening of Popular Summer Classics. Again, if you are not a member of the Dallas Symphony Greenville Series, you can still purchase tickets at the door the day of the show.
Then, this summer – Greenville Family Theater returns to the GMA as they take us somewhere over the rainbow as they present The Wizard of Oz! Performance dates are set for July 6, 7, 13, and 14th. Tickets will go on sale mid-May, so be sure not to miss this enchanting show.
Keep checking back here for more updates as shows and performances are added throughout the year.
